I am convinced we might need to strap the dog to the roof with the skis. My husband, the self-proclaimed "packing pro" manages to get all our gear, our dog and our kids packed in the Pathfinder.

You are either an SUV sista' or a minivan mama. Well I have news for you, ladies, there is a new player in town. The crossover class in general and the Chrysler Pacifica in specific bring together the ease of the minivan with the sturdy flair of an SUV.

The Mazda Miata is not a mom-mobile in any way, but with its reasonable price tag, side-impact air bags, and fairly small engine, it might be a fun car to buy for your responsible teenager. Did I just say that? Strike that from the record — NOW — before my son reads this!
