SnackTrap

What is it worth to you to have your kids feeding themselves their own snacks and keeping those rogue cheerios off the car floor? I will answer that for you. It’s worth every penny of the $4.99 Snack Trap, that’s how much! These little bowls are great. You can use them at home or on the go.

What’s the big whoop, you may ask? The Snack Trap is a small, two-handled bowl to put your kids’ snacks in. But the super-special part about the Snack Trap is the lid of the bowl, which is reminiscent of my garbage disposal cover. The lid acts like a valve; it’s soft plastic with slits in the top. The little hand goes in and grabs the snacks without frustration, but if the bowl drops or gets tipped upside-down, the snacks won’t spill out. Excellent, you say? Me too!

The two handles are really great, my 17-month-old can hold on to the bowl by herself and grab her Cheerios, Goldfish, pretzels, etc. She’s a Snack Trap champ right away, needing no coaching or even a demo from me. I’m such a proud mom! Or dork. Take your pick. Hey, speaking of taking your pick, you can get the Snack Trap at www.snacktrap.com and choose from 18 different colors and designs. For $4.99 a pop, you should just splurge and get a bunch! Worth your child’s snack time independence? Absofreakinlutely!

There is a great new snack cup for kids that just came on the market last week. It's called Munchie Mug and your kids can take it anywhere without spilling. However, instead of a scratchy plastic opening, the Munchie Mug has a soft fabric opening for kids to grab snacks through. It's 100% American made, all the material is FDA approved food grade and it's top rack dishwasher safe. They available online only at www.munchiemug.com. Check it out!
